What is "Whiplash" and the recommended treatment?

When an auto accident occurs, everyone in the vehicle is jerked very quickly in different directions causing a “Whipping” motion of the spine and body. This whipping motion is nicked-named “Whiplash”. Because of the spinal biomechanics, the neck, back and head are the most common areas injured in a car wreck. Other areas of the body can become injured too. “Whiplash” injuries can be minor or severe in nature. After going to the Emergency Room, it’s a good idea to quickly see a Chiropractor for treatment of whiplash injuries.
